Missouri Governor Vetoes Bill Allowing Teachers To Carry Concealed Weapons

        I am pro-gun and pro-conceal and carry, but there is a time and place for everything, and it's nice to see a politician who respects the sanctity of the classroom. We don't pay our teachers enough, and now we expect them to work two jobs? How about we hire law enforcement officers who like children and believe in our education system? Let's let them dress like civilians and encourage them to establish mentoring relationships with the students. Let's also take steps to ensure there are plenty of these officers, they are well paid, well trained, have sharp-shooter ratings and should the unfortunate scenario occur lets ask them to end it with a simple head-shot. No running through the halls with loaded weapons, no negotiating, nobody hiding in boats in back yards. Just a simple double-tap and everyone is home in time to watch Game of Thrones.
